* Permanent roles available| Monday to Friday (38 hour week) * $42K base salary + super + commission scheme | Potential OTE up to $60,000 * Burwood East location - on-site parking provided The job: Primarily conducting business to business warm outbound sales calls to existing MYOB clients. Achieving direct sales targets, individually and as a part of a team, whilst meeting / exceeding client satisfaction objectives. This role offers variety and continuous learning opportunities of our market leading business solution and services. The wide range of product and service offerings will also present many opportunities to cross and up sell within your small business solution focus, or the opportunity to contribute to the team by creating sales leads for other new growing areas within the MYOB international business. The support you will receive: Coaching and support will be provided by your Team Leader and Team Support Specialist to achieve the following objectives: * Achieve campaign targets, sales targets and key performance indicator objectives * Meet agreed customer service standards (Call and written Quality) * Assist with Inbound and customer service calls if/when required * Cross-selling/up-selling other MYOB products and services The skills and experience required: You will be an experienced sales representative and possess 1 + year/s of work related sales experience. This will include: * Demonstrated sales opening and closure skills * Skilled in handling sales objections * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Influential towards internal and external clients * Emotionally resilience * Team focused * Able to multi-task whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail * Driven to achieve targets * Contact Centre sales experience preferred MYOB is a provider of solutions and that make business life easier.
