What you will be doing:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for new business acquisition throughout the corporate market state wide. You will be selling e-learning products into HR Departments and senior decision makers. You will be indentifying business opportunities through newspaper research, magazines, contacts, networks and other sources while being supported by a lead generator. You will manage relationships with new clients to identify needs and translate these into business solutions.
Who you will be doing it for:
You will be joining a market leader who offer innovative learning and development solutions for employers. They are a specialist provider of tailor made, individually branded web based organisational Learning Centres; online courses, training tools and e-learning resources with highly reputable clients throughout the national corporate and government markets. What you must have to apply for this role:
* Strong background in solution based B2B sales
* Customer service and/or account management experience
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
* Analytical thinker, strong negotiator and problem solver
* A person that follows a strategic sales process
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
* SPIN selling experience
* A background in training, development or e-learning
