With a strong performing portfolio of property assets our client, a national diversified property group seeks an experienced Facilities Manager for a 6mth contract.

Managing a premium CBD commercial asset, you will be responsible for maintaining the expectations and ultimately the profitability of operations through effective facilities management of this key site. Primary duties will encompass:

• Ensuring the smooth and continued operation of the building
• Programming and coordinating all maintenance and minor works activity
• Managing support staff and contractors
• Interacting with client and tenants
• Regular reporting and liaison with the Property, Engineering and Contract Managers

Possessing qualifications in building, construction, property or facilities management, you will have gained 5+ years relevant experience in asset & property management, operations & maintenance of premium properties, ideally with experience in high-rise real estate portfolios, preferably in owner's representative capacity.
Combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you must be computer literate and have knowledge of asset and property management software systems
