Job Description

  • This role is a key support role to Sales Managers and Senior management in sales assistance and coordination.
  • Process and manage all sales orders coming from partner agents.
  • Ensure correct documentation is dispatched with sales orders for each market.
  • Preparation of bids and tender materials including powerpoint presentations.
  • Act in Sales support role to the Sales Managers within the department
  • Pricing maintenance - keeping system up to date.
  • Develop a summary snapshot outlining pricing for each distributor, improve communication flow to all customers by providing constant updates on order status, product launches and packs

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in Sales Administration Support
  • Exposure to International markets would be an advantage
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures
  • Experience with spreadsheets, reporting and presentations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to deal with other internal departments.

What's on Offer
