Job Description - This role is a key support role to Sales Managers and Senior management in sales assistance and coordination.
- Process and manage all sales orders coming from partner agents.
- Ensure correct documentation is dispatched with sales orders for each market.
- Preparation of bids and tender materials including powerpoint presentations.
- Act in Sales support role to the Sales Managers within the department
- Pricing maintenance - keeping system up to date.
- Develop a summary snapshot outlining pricing for each distributor, improve communication flow to all customers by providing constant updates on order status, product launches and packs
The Successful Applicant - Previous experience in Sales Administration Support
- Exposure to International markets would be an advantage
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Experience with spreadsheets, reporting and presentations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to deal with other internal departments.
