About our Client Our client are a leading residential property developer who have a range of exciting community development projects underway. Highly respected and with a strong brand and premium property developments, they are seeking a Marketing Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract. Job Description In this role you will be responsible for managing project marketing strategies, including brand development and launches with the aim of delivering project sales. You will manage the budgets and promotional strategies, ensuring ROI and determining effectiveness of strategies. This role will require you to keep abreast of market trends and developments and will allow you to show imagination, use unique and innovative ideas and invent new approaches. The Successful Applicant To be successful in your application, you will need to be degree qualified in property and/or marketing and have a minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing of development projects. You will have experience in land and ideally apartment marketing, be able to work and deliver under pressure and have solid coordination and project management skills.
