Due to their plans for growth in the coming years they are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Analyst to join their team in Melbourne CBD.

Reporting to the Client Experience Manager this position will see you analysing market research to extract key client insights and identifying opportunities to improve their experience with the organisation. The role will also involve helping to design and implement service improvements and to prioritise initiatives within the company. You will be required to provide quality advice and solutions and present it to a range of departments within the organisation.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a business analyst role particularly in analysing client research and recommending client experience improvements. They will also possess excellent reporting and communication skills; both verbal and written. This role requires advanced computer and Microsoft software skills as well a flair for stakeholder management. It is key for this person to have a practical, hands on approach to solving problems and finding solutions.
