Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for developing fully integrated Marketing strategies to result in customer acquisition and retention and to continue to drive brand awareness. You will monitor, analyse and report on consumer trends and you will manage a range of key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally of the business. Additionally you will be responsible for planning and management of the department budget and the development and management of one direct report. The Successful Applicant You will be degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline and have a minimum of four years experience in a comparable role. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in mainstream advertising strategy as well as database marketing and segmentation and campaign evaluation. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships with stakeholders on all levels. Previous experience in people management is also desired.
