Branch Manager - Campbelltown

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our Campbelltown Workers Compensation branch. Focusing on the strategic and operational management of the business unit, this is an integral role in our Workers Compensation business.
Your key responsibilities will be to deliver optimum stakeholder satisfaction and financial outcomes through a strategic focus on leadership, culture, customer service and change management. This role will also see you participate in region-wide strategic projects as part of your membership of the NSW/ACT management team.
Key responsibilities include:
Establishing & managing appropriate business performance metrics
Establishing & implementing claims management strategies for various claims portfolios
Establishing & maintaining a positive, attractive culture, including recruiting appropriately
Able to successfully lead & maintain performance focus in a rapid growth environment
Project management of bulk intake of claims/policies
Ability to work alongside the existing branch, maximising synergies and teamwork
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated people leadership experience, with client relationship and profit centre management key elements in your background, and an ability to contribute positively to a team-based leadership model. In addition you will have a clear understanding of, and the ability to manage NSW Workers Compensation income drivers.
