About the role: The Manager will oversee a successful Job Services Australia site in the inner Brisbane area. As Manager you will have full responsibility for staffing, staff development and performance, financial revenue, budgeting and forecasting, meeting revenue targets and KPIs, meeting clients' needs and expectations, business development, liaising with and marketing the company's brand and services to external stakeholders. Successful applicants will have: ??? An insight and understanding into the significant barriers facing the long term unemployed ??? Strong people management experience in the Employment Services sector ??? A good understanding of the current Job Services Australia contract ??? A good understanding of local labour market issues ??? A results and outcomes focused approach ??? The ability to lead and motivate a team to reach performance goals ??? A good understanding of and experience in allocating budgets and financial forecasting ??? Excellent time management and organisational ability ??? Effective communication and presentation skills Ideally, you will have previous management experience within the Employment Services sector delivering the current Job Services Australia contract or the previous Job Network contract. Applicants with recruitment and strong people management skills will also be highly regarded. The base salary is competitive and negotiable based on skills, knowledge and experience. The salary package also includes superannuation, a performance based bonus scheme, full use of a company vehicle and mobile phone.
