Currently we are looking for a motivated person to fill the role of Temporary Recruitment Consultant. Your days will be varied and fast paced, while your duties will range from writing advertisements, phone screening candidates, interviewing, placing temporary jobs, business development and follow up candidate/client care.
You will inherit established clients, but will also have the scope for new business development, marketing and visits to potential and existing clients. In return, we offer fantastic training and personal development to hone your skills and help you move your career to its next stage.
Have you got fantastic people skills and a real drive to be successful? Do you have experience covering blue and white collar business? Experience working in recruitment would be a bonus but is definitely not essential. We would also welcome candidates from industries such as travel, hospitality, trades, mining, industrial. This role will suit a mature person with strong, long term connections and networks in Darwin.
