Working with a highly successful executive team, your key objective will be to partner effectively with the business to facilitate ownership of risk and safety issues. Capitalising on your extensive experience, you will develop and implement comprehensive risk, safety and injury management systems and programs that influence cultural change across multiple sites and contribute to a strategy of best practice results.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role for a tertiary qualified risk or safety practitioner with a proven record in leading and influencing teams through change. Critical to success is ensuring a cohesive and inclusive approach to the implementation of agreed initiatives. You must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be articulate, responsive and able to build credible relationships at all levels within a business. Above all else, a sense of humour is essential !
