They are seeking an experienced Site Manager who can command a site and deliver on important stages of multimillion dollar developments. Qualifications and experience: 3 + years experience in commercial construction Mixed experience i.e. office, High-rise / mixed res, retail, government, schools would be advantageous Tertiary qualifications and strong trades background You must be technically sound
The role: Delivering stages Problem solving Overseeing contractors and subcontractors Programming and organising staff and materials Ensuring best OHS practice Maintaining paperwork and admin.
