Resource Coordinator

This Tier#1 IT services company needs to add a resource coordinator to their team. The resource coordinator holds the responsibility of managing the workload their substantial team of field engineers, and requires excellent communication and organisational abilities, strong user level PC skills (especially with the MS Office suite) and a basic understanding of both SLAs and IT. It's an excellent stepping stone for someone looking to break into recruitment, HR or project coordination. The successful candidate will probably have some sort of call centre background or be used to dealing with high volumes of calls & emails. Other key attributes will include strong communication skills, the ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously and that basic though broad knowledge of IT. Your reward?
