Salmat Customer Contact Solutions - Australia's largest outsourced contact centre provider is looking for talented & passionate agents skilled in the art of building customer relationships. This exiting new opportunity is due to the steady growth of our business.
Your skilled approach to relationship building will assist you in achieving your targets each and every time you come to work. In this role, as a Customer Relations Agent you will be making outbound calls to existing customers creating an interest for a range of mortgage and home loan products from a leader of the industry.
You will be rewarded for the effort you put in, so if you crave the satisfaction of meeting your targets while speaking to a variety of people each day this is the role for you!
We will provide you with:
- Full Time work commencing Monday, 27th September 2010
- A competitive base rate of $18.50+ OTE

To maximise your success in this role you will need to:
- Have proven experience in customer service
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be skilled in the fine art of relationship building
- Be self-motivated to meet your set targets
- Above all be determined to be the BEST
- Have availability between 11:30am 8pm Monday to Thursday and 11:30am 6pm Friday
Previous experience in contact centres is welcome, but not essential. We're seeking people with a great attitude, enthusiasm to learn and contribute to personal and team targets.
