Reporting the Customer Service manager you will be responsible for; taking inbound customer enquires partnered with handling assigned adminstration tasks. This opportunity will allow you to further develop your customer service skills and offer the variety of service adminstration duties. You will form part of an experienced team of 6 customer service and internal sales consultant, offering on-going support and training. To be successful in this role you will have: - Previous office based Customer Service or Internal Sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Aility to manage conflicting tasks and good time management skills
- Computer literacy - SAP experience is an advantage
