Aged Care Traineeship

Australian Training Company has a traineeship available in an aged care facility at West Pennant Hills.  Varied shifts do apply including weekends. Duties will include caring and attending to residents at a nursing home.  You will be on a varied roster of up to 30 hours per week, with training provided.   This is a traineeship and you will be required to undertake a Cert III in Aged Care Work, which will take 12 months to complete.  If you have experience and or an understanding of aged care work it would be an advantage.   No prior qualifications needed, but an understanding of the aged and frail would be an advantage.  Own transport is an advantage, as public transport is limited to the area.  Genuine care towards the elderly people and willing to work flexible hours will be considered.  Please note:  Those with qualifications of Certificate II or above (including University Graduates) need not apply.
