Helpdesk Support Officer

Our client is an international e-commerce software provider. They put down their success to their employees, who work closely with their customers to design and implement customized online selling solutions. They are currently looking for a highly motivated person who is interested in a new challenge to join their I.T Team.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

  • 3 years experience within a IT support environment
  • Technologies - UNIX/Linux and Oracle
  • Some HTML and JavaScript knowledge
  • Excellent understanding of IT terminology
  • Proactive and Logical approach to problem solving
  • Good presentation and technical writing skills

Successful applicants will show:

  • High level of interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work unsupervised when analyzing and identifying technical issues
  • Be well organized, pro-active, self motivated, enthusiastic, and possess an ability to work under high pressure.
